Loan Fairs Created around 25 Lakh Employment Opportunities in MSMEs: UP CM Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday said that the loan fairs organised by the State government has created around 25 lakh employment opportunities in micro small and medium enterprises sector.

He distributed loan amount of 10390 crore rupees to more than 3 lakh 54 thousand MSME industrial units today and said that after government's initiative 15 MSME units have listed themselves in Bombay stock exchange. The loans distributed in Thursday’s event includes 1316 crore rupees for already established around 30000 industrial units under Atmanirbhar Bharat scheme while around loan amount of around 9000 crore rupees were distributed to 3 lakh 24000 new MSME units.

On this occasion Chief Minister said that his government is focusing on MSME sector during this covid scenario and the loans the loan distribution functions have improved the industrial development. Yogi Adityanath said that loan distribution under Aatmnirbhar Bharat scheme will help in fulfilling the Prime Minister dream of self reliant India. He said that in this fiscal year more than 16000 persons have been trained for skill upgradation under one district one product scheme. He also Virtually distributed the tool kits to 5000 trainees.
