Kerala Startup Mission Set to Host India's Largest Beachside Conclave

As India's largest beachfront startup gathering, Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is preparing to hold the fifth edition of the Huddle Global confab.

Kerala Startup Mission is the central agency of the Government of Kerala for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in Kerala, India. It was founded in 2006 and offers support to startups through various programs and initiatives. Some of the programs offered by Kerala Startup Mission include the Startup Box Programme, which provides aspiring entrepreneurs with the documents required to start a company, as well as key technologies including an Arduino starter kit. Kerala Startup Mission also offers an accelerator for young entrepreneurs. Additionally, it provides support systems to enable a successful startup life cycle, public procurement support, marketing support, and tools and service credits. The organization has been praised for its work in supporting startups in Kerala and connecting them to the right ecosystem to help them grow nationally and internationally.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will officially open the event on November 16. It is anticipated that 15,000 delegates will attend the picturesque Adimalathura beach in Vizhinjam. Details were given by CEO Anoop Ambika at a press conference on Tuesday. He estimated that about 15,000 participants will attend the event from both domestic and foreign venues. It seeks to present state-of-the-art products from emerging industries including e-governance, fintech, health tech, agritech, edutech, robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality, virtual reality, life sciences, space tech, blockchain, IoT, and e-governance.

The Kerala Startup Mission is gearing up for India's largest beachside conclave from November 16-18, featuring a diverse showcase of eco-sustainable products made from millets, crops, and fruits. The opening ceremony, presided over by Tinku Biswal IAS (Indian Administrative Services), will have notable figures like Shashi Tharoor, Belgium's Ambassador Didier Vanderhasselt, and (State Bank of India) SBI's Rana Ashutosh Kumar Singh addressing the inaugural session. Key speakers include Tourism Minister P. A .Mohamed Riyas, (Open Network for Digital Commerce) ONDC's T. Koshy, and (Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council) K-DISC's P. V. Unnikrishnan. Huddle Global promises a lineup of keynote sessions, leadership talks, and panel discussions, offering startups invaluable mentorship in product development, marketing, fundraising, and more.
