NEW DELHI: From March 2012, a new quarterly employment survey is going to be launched by the Government of India which can combine two current surveys namely the Quarterly Employment Survey (QES) and the Space Body Institution Survey (AFES) together.

The brand new survey, which is a more expansive model comparing to the current enumeration instances, is likely to be named the All India Quarterly Base Institution Survey (AIQBES); its aim is to fill up the assessment gaps in understanding the actual employment situation in the country.
