Govt. moots introduction single window Udyam Registration for MSMEs in J&K shortly

The government is in plans to introduce single window Udyam Registration shortly. The said registration shall pave way for development of vibrant and brimming MSME sector in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), observed Vice Chairperson J&K Khadi Villages and Industries Board (JKKVIB), Dr. Hina Shafi Bhat.

She was talking at a webinar organised to acquaint stakeholders about the modalities and benefits of Udyam Registration at Jammu last Friday.

Talking in detail, she said that under the mantra of “Ease of Doing Business”, many initiatives have been undertaken for enhancing the production, productivity and profitability of the MSME sector.

Any person who intends to establish a micro, small or medium enterprise may file Udyam Registration online in the Udyam Registration portal, based on self-declaration with no requirement to upload documents, papers, certificates or proof.
