TiE Silicon Valley will help Indian Startups expand into the US Market

TiE Silicon Valley, the gateway for global entrepreneurs in the United States, is now striving to teach, coach, and assist Indian businesses to build their market in the United States. According to IT entrepreneurs. "We see ourselves as the global entrepreneurs' gateway to Silicon Valley a large portion of those global entrepreneurs are coming from India." Anita Manwani, head of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Silicon Valley, told PTI in a recent interview.

TiE Silicon Valley recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of India, specifically the Software Technology Parks of India, which controls 22 entrepreneurship hubs around the country. It was stated that such an MOU will enable for bi-directional contact in which investors from Silicon Valley will travel to meet with startups, curated startups in India, and startups from India will travel to TiE Silicon Valley. Extensive programs in Silicon Valley to learn how to expand their businesses in the United States and raise funds in the United States.

“I think India has a lot to offer, a young population that is highly educated, that is very tech savvy, and this commitment to entrepreneurship is what will take India into the next century,” Manwani said.
